M-Tac nylon belt with a plastic buckle. The advantage of this belt is that the buckle can be opened with one hand, theoretically allowing a wounded soldier to remove unnecessary equipment independently. This belt model was part of the American BSS (Belt Shoulder System), better known as A.L.I.C.E. (All-Purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment), which was introduced by the US Army in the early 1980s. It can also serve as a simple belt, even if you don't have any bags. Please note that this belt is wider than a regular trouser belt (5.5 cm).
