Shipping costs and shipment of an order:

Orders on total-survival.com are shipped to you by PostNL within the BeNeLux. For the rest of Europe that is mainly DPD. Larger packages and pallet freight are usually sent to you by DHL. If an order does not fit through the letterbox, it will be sent as a package. In the case that we send with DPD or PostNL you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail. With this email and code you can follow the shipping process of your package online. DPD and PostNL does not deliver packages to a PO box address. We therefore recommend that you always use a regular address as a precaution. You can also always choose to have the package delivered to a local collection point.


Normal delivery time within the BeNeLux is 1 to 3 business days. For the rest of Europe this is 2 to 5 business days. We always try to ship an order within 2 working days. If the stated delivery time cannot be achieved, we will always inform you in advance. If after 5 working days you still have not received anything, you can contact our service department by e-mail.
