A combination of diamond and ceramic in 1 sharpening stone. A diamond stone (25 microns) and a very special ceramic stone, made from synthetic sapphires. This material is very durable and retains its shape. And this is very important to keep sharpening the knives properly. This is due to the high hardness of Fällkniven knives. Everyone can keep them sharp with this specially developed sharpening stone. No wet oil is required with this technique. Once in a while, depending on the use, it is advisable to clean the stone. This can be done with lukewarm water and/or green soap. A leather pouch is included.
