Dutch army cold weather mummy sleeping bag M80 down, OD green

Army surplus. Used. In good condition.

A solid 3-season winter sleeping bag suitable for temperatures down to -10°C.

The KL (Royal Netherlands Army) M80 Cold Weather sleeping bag is an authentic military down sleeping bag from Dutch Army surplus stocks. Developed for use on cold nights, this warm mummy-style sleeping bag is ideal for camping, bushcraft, scouting, survival activities, and sleeping in unheated spaces, thanks to its insulating down filling, adjustable hood, and wind-resistant design.

Its compact fit makes this model particularly suitable for smaller adults, teenagers, and older children. This makes the M80 an excellent choice for cold camping nights, scout camps, sleepovers, and outdoor activities. This military model is not intended for babies or very young children.

The down filling retains significant body heat, while the mummy shape minimizes the amount of empty space inside the bag. The hood features a drawstring to ensure a snug fit around the head, reducing heat loss during cold nights.

The underside features a protective, waterproof layer. However, given the age and used condition of this military sleeping bag, we always recommend using an insulating sleeping mat and—if sleeping without a tent—a suitable bivy bag.
