The Blackhawk PRL is designed as a personal safety lanyard for use from helicopters, ships, or at high altitudes. Attach a locking carabiner to both ends. One end clips onto your CQB belt or rappel harness, and the other end onto a sturdy object. Made of tubular webbing with an internal elastic cord.
