The Njord Alviss a wise dwarf petrified for love.
Medieval utility knife based on historical finds, razor-sharp sharpened and with a point for skewering food. The entire knife is made of hand-forged carbon steel. Cutlery in the Middle Ages was not the set we are used to today. The knife was larger and sharper so that it could not only be used to cut food on your own plate, but also to cut meat, for example. A spoon or an eating awl was used to skewer the cut food and bring it to the mouth. A fork, on the other hand, was two-pronged and was mainly used for "scooping" and holding meat or fish in place while it was being sliced. Comes with a handmade brown leather sheath with belt loop.
The inspiration for the design of this traditional medieval cutlery originates from the time of the Vikings. Cutlery was personal and was carried at all times. After all, you don't want to be without cutlery as soon as the food is served.
