Very good quality, like new. Useable on any vest with Velcro. Just check that the ballistic inlay is orientated in correct direction. Soft side to the body. You can flip it around because some vests have the hook and loop the other way around. Normally the zipper points away from the body, but for my vest the zipper is pointing towards the body. So i had to flip the ballistic inlay. Excellent price!!
