M-Tac has released the MEDICAL BAG CLS ELITE MULTICAM , which was developed primarily for the needs of military medics. With thoughtful functionality and design, this bag is sure to make a great addition to your kit.
The bag has one main pocket equipped with an organizer specially adapted to the "MARCH" acronym. The MARCH acronym within the TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) concept is recommended for use in the second stage of work - Tactical Field Care or, in other words, in the yellow or green zone. On the back and sides of the inner pocket organizer, the manufacturer advises placing medical equipment corresponding to the first level of aid, or the letter "M" (Massive bleeding). Then, on the flap and front place the second and third levels, letters "A" and "R" (Airway management, and Respiration). Large internal mesh pockets are designed to accommodate other necessary medical equipment.
There is a holder for scissors on the front of the bag. They are secured using fastex webbing. On the sides of the bag are 4 integrated pouches for tourniquets. The contents of the pouches is secured with velcro-sewn webbing. On the upper cover, there is an integrated pouch for medical gloves (optimal number of 5 pairs). Elasticated nylon bands are ensure the contents is reliably secured and easy to remove. The front and back pockets are designed to store immobilization splints. The bag can be worn over the shoulder or on the belt. This is possible thanks to a strap with fastex (which allows you to adjust its length), and special straps sewn into the back of the bag (the upper one is for carrying the bag over the shoulder, and the lower one is on the waist. It is possible to adjust the position thanks to the fastex at the ends of the strap). At the bottom of the bag there are webbing straps designed for placing individual stretchers, and at the front for fixing a NAR safety cord.
The bag is made of Cordura 500D - a high-quality and wear-resistant material that provides protection against mechanical damage and a long service life. Webbing for securing the integrated pouches, belt, holder for scissors and webbing straps for securing individual stretchers are made of Mil-Spec webbing (Original MultiCam®). Bag fasteners and zippers are from world leaders in the production of accessories WOOJIN and YKK.
