The Roll Elite medical horizontal pouch is a new M-Tac solution for demanding situations. The unique feature of this model is its convenient roll shape, which allows it to take up minimal space, prevents it from colliding with other equipment, and does not obstruct sitting posture while traveling in a vehicle.

The medical pouch is placed in the rear pocket of the plate carrier. An additional removable Velcro strap on the pouch's Velcro closure allows for integration with any plate carrier where the lower part of the rear pocket closes with Velcro.
This pouch consists of two parts: an outer sleeve, which serves as a fastening element, and a first aid kit for an IFAK (individual first aid kit). The outer sleeve is adjustable in volume and offers two-way access to the first aid kit. By pulling on the strap of the IFAK, you can quickly remove it. The IFAK is attached to the pouch with Velcro to prevent loss. The position of the kit inside the pouch is indicated by means of thermal transfer (UP).
Inside the first aid kit is an elastic organizer for attaching supplies (not included). The front flap of the pouch features a two-color identification label—traditional for IFAKs, red or black—to make the pouch less conspicuous.
An IFAK is an essential piece of equipment and indispensable for providing first aid.
