Benchmade Fixed SlipRidge Bushcraft knife Wood Combo

The Benchmade Fixed SlipRidge Wood Combo is a versatile, comprehensive set for hunters and outdoor enthusiasts who value reliable materials, excellent control, and practical utility. This combination comprises the SlipRidge fixed-blade hunting knife—featuring a handle made of dark brown stabilized wood—and the compact SlipRidge Hook. Together, they form a functional duo for a wide range of cutting tasks encountered during hunting and game processing.

The fixed-blade SlipRidge knife features a 9.4 cm drop-point blade crafted from CPM MagnaCut stainless steel. This modern blade steel is renowned for its outstanding balance of wear resistance, toughness, and corrosion resistance. The blade is 2.9 mm thick and finished with Benchmade’s SelectEdge grind, ensuring a sharp, consistent edge. A hardness rating of 60–62 HRC strikes an ideal balance between edge retention and durability. Thanks to its compact size and controlled drop-point profile, the knife is well-suited for precision cutting tasks where control is paramount.

The handle is crafted from dark brown stabilized wood, giving the knife a distinctive, natural aesthetic. At the same time, the handle is ergonomically shaped to ensure comfortable, controlled use. A deep finger choil provides extra grip and control, while the handle's shape helps maintain a secure hold. As a result, the SlipRidge Fixed Blade feels natural in the hand during various tasks in the field.

Complementing the fixed-blade knife, this combo includes the SlipRidge Hook. This compact hook features a 1.91 cm blade made of 440C stainless steel and is specifically designed for tasks where a gut hook comes in handy. The hook sports a Rust Orange Cerakote finish, which not only provides a natural, understated look but also creates a durable protective layer. Thanks to the complementary design of the hook, this set offers two distinct tools that work well together during a hunt.

Both the fixed-blade knife and the SlipRidge Hook come with a matching Boltaron sheath. These sturdy synthetic sheaths are designed for safe and convenient carry. The Benchmade Fixed SlipRidge Wood Combo thus combines a high-quality MagnaCut hunting knife with a specialized hook in one complete set. The result is a robust, versatile combination for hunters and outdoor enthusiasts seeking functional gear made from premium materials with a distinctive aesthetic.
