The AB Kabano IRR is a lightweight tactical boonie designed for professional operators who demand high standards of signature reduction, comfort, and versatility. Its ergonomic design combines proven military-grade materials with IRR technology and flexible expansion options suitable for diverse operational environments.
The 50/50 NyCo fabric (compliant with MIL-DTL-44436B) offers high abrasion resistance, shape retention, and low-noise characteristics, alongside integrated IRR properties for lasting infrared signature reduction. The 'Climate Control Design' promotes airflow and minimizes heat buildup during prolonged use.
The moldable brim, featuring an integrated wire stiffener, allows the field of view and silhouette to be adjusted as desired. Velcro panels (compliant with A-A-55126) and the Micro MOLLE IRR system (3-channel PALS) provide space for camouflage elements, identification markers, and accessories.
The IRR camouflage material attaches flexibly to the boonie, offering a simple way to enhance camouflage and allowing for adaptation to specific vegetation and operational conditions.
